Since many years now we know that the world's best jerkies and biltong come from ...Europe. Let's face it: we've been making dried meat here since thousands of years, it all started on the "old continent".
And this is another of those superb brands: Maso Here. Specialized in adding a little bit of pepper to their dried beef. From the subtle Red Kampot pepper to the not at all subtle Caroline Reaper pepper, they've got it.
But hey've got more than peppered dried meat. The beef Garlic has got a little touch of garlic added to the beautiful beef taste and the Venison need no adding of anythying 'cause it's Venison.
